Atomic Bison steps use Save / Fetch workspace key / Create CRM webhook on each row when the row is 🔴 (missing prerequisite), a client is selected, and the API lists missing fields for that row—otherwise those controls stay hidden. 🟡 rows (optional gaps only) show the icon without that inline block. Only checked workflows (poc_drive, inbox_order, reply_bot) are sent on Submit.
